Alright y’all, this is the year that we are going to be nonnegotiable! No more plan B’s. We have gotten to a point where our nest egg has turned into a safety net. Be clear, I’m not asking you to crash out or do anything crazy. I’m not even asking you to avoid thinking this thing through. However, I am asking you to be committed, and if you’re spending a significant amount of time crafting your backup plan then it’s time to reevaluate your level of commitment to the thing that you say you want. Let’s talk through how we can be nonnegotiable in the pursuit of our goals as leaders in 2024.
