This is a one-day, one-on-one session—custom-built to meet your leadership and business needs. We’ll focus on the patterns, priorities, and pain points getting in your way—and identify what needs to shift so you can move forward with clarity and purpose. You’ll have dedicated time and space to reset your perspective and re-center your leadership—without distraction or noise.
“The questions you asked and the challenges to our thinking have put us in a position where we are completely confident in the decision we are making about our strategic direction and our organization structure. We no longer adjust our decisions immediately when we get pushback from our teams because we are sitting powerfully in our leadership and our knowledge that the decisions we make are in the best interest of the organization as a whole.”
— CEO & COO, Procurement Firm
This is a full-day, in-person business strategy session held in Houston, Texas. The entire experience is built around you and your business—not mine. No templates. No one-size-fits-all agendas.
One week before your session, you’ll receive some meaningful pre-work to complete. That way, when we sit down together, we can hit the ground running with focus, clarity, and intention.
We’ll start with who you are, where you are now, and where you want to go next. This means clarifying your core values, mission, goals (big and small), and auditing what’s working—and what’s not. Expect depth. I won’t let you slide by with surface answers or what you think you’re supposed to say. We’re going for truth, alignment, and actionable clarity.
Once your direction is clear, we’ll map out what it will take to get there—honestly. What are you willing to do? Where are the conflicts between your vision and your capacity? We’ll close the gap and make the strategy real—one you can actually implement. And if there’s more than one way to reach your goal, we’ll name it. Flexibility is strategy, too.
Your intensive includes three monthly 60-minute follow-up calls to help you stay in motion. Because clarity is only the beginning—and growth doesn’t happen in one day. I’ll be right there as you move from insight to implementation.
And yes—we’ll keep the humor flowing too. Strategy doesn’t have to be stuffy.
