The mornings are strategic — Alignment, Vision, and Action work grounded in AlignmentVisionAction© and The Rutledge Perspective Tree©. You will do the work you have been putting off because there has never been a safe enough room to do it in.
The afternoons are restorative. Including a calligraphy session where the alignment and vision work from Friday becomes a personal mantra — written in your own hand. You leave with something you made. Something that lives on your desk as a reminder of what you came back to in this room.
The room is small. The work is real. And someone else holds every detail so you can finally exhale.

Format: 2 days | Friday & Saturday | Houston
Timing: 9:30am arrival; 10a – 6pm Friday & Saturday
Capacity: No more than 10 women
Venue: Intimate, warm — not corporate. Woman-owned when possible.

Travel: No flight or hotel required and a start time that accounts for rush hour traffic. Rooms at the venue or nearby hotels may be available for a “staycation” at your cost; or go home and sleep in your own bed. Your choice, no pressure.
