How Leaders Can Understand and Cross Hurdles to Reach More Goals

I have a feeling that you’ve been in a rut lately. You haven’t had that same tenacity and zeal in moving toward your goals. I want you to know that it’s important that you raise your level of awareness to recognize what’s getting in your way and that you take targeted action to find a solution to that thing that’s bothering you.

There’s a lot of noise that’s tied to old experiences. We get bogged down and anxious about choices that we made in the past that didn’t work in our favor. When we are working towards new goals, this is actually an opportunity to go back and look at the impact of those choices and how we can redo, undo, realign, modify, and make adjustments that make a shift in our energy, effort, & attitude.
