Hello everyone! This is a very special episode of The Rutledge Perspective as I decided to do a pop-up in New York City. Although I’m happy to be in NYC and doing my podcast here from this amazing studio, it hasn’t been all peaches and cream. I’ve had to endure several potential setbacks upon my arrival in The Big Apple, but I was able to push through and deliver this episode.
That’s what today’s show is about, being resilient as a leader and business owner. Leaders must learn to not only be resilient but flexible and adaptable as well. It’s very easy to develop doubt when faced with tough situations. However, we can combat those doubts if we are laser-focused on our long-term goal and realize that these situations are just speed bumps along the way. We also need to have the capability to sit still, figure out exactly what is negatively affecting us, and decide what resources we have available to help us deal with the problem. Please listen as I break down how to build resiliency as a leader and tackle the hardships that life will ultimately throw your way.

🔑 We don’t fail, we either win or we learn.
