I know that it sounds cliché and I know that you’ve probably heard a motivational speaker ask, “What’s your why,” but what if I told you that getting a good understanding of your why can actually help how you move forward in your business?
I do what I do because I come from corporations full of hypocrisy that mistreat people to maintain power and support ego as opposed to operating in integrity. I want to help women who have built businesses that are social impact enterprises and are trying to create cultures that honor their employees, support them, and uplift them. I want them to be leaders that continue those values and continue the mission.
That’s what drives me and helps me navigate through the trials and tribulations that come with operating a successful business. Listen as I break down how you can identify your why and how you can use that to make a lasting impact not only in your business but your community as well.

She’s also a people person, perceptive and outgoing, with a sixth sense for helping others to see the difference between what they want and what they need. The culmination of this is in her personal philosophy: “lead with your heart, act with your head.”
