How it works

Executive coaching engagements are offered in either a 3-month or 6-month structure, depending on your goals and capacity for focus.

We begin with a 90-minute strategy session, grounding the work in my AlignmentVisionAction© framework.
During this kickoff session, we’ll also co-create clear goals and success measures to guide our work together.

From there, we meet bi-weekly for focused, confidential sessions designed to move you from clarity to action.

Coaching engagements may be initiated directly by you or sponsored by your organization.
Regardless of who funds the engagement, the coaching relationship is a private space built on trust and professional ethics.

While overarching themes and progress may be discussed with sponsors if appropriate, specific conversations remain confidential—unless there is a legal, compliance, or safety concern requiring disclosure.
In any such case, you would be notified before any action is taken.
