Often, we put our own development on the back burner. Leaders, in particular, are prone to ensuring their teams or developed; but often forget to invest the same time and energy into themselves. If you are are not learning, you are not growing. If you are not growing, you are stagnating. If you are stagnating, you are dying. Do not let “busy” be your excuse for failing to continue to learn. You deserve better!
